One meaningful contribution.
Be part of the NSS & Red Ribbon Club Mega Blood Donation Drive.
Hospitals need blood and blood components for many situations, including surgeries, trauma care, severe anaemia, cancer treatment and other medical needs. A community with regular voluntary donors is better prepared to support patients when blood is needed.
What happens after you register?
Your Google Form registration lets the National Service Scheme and Red Ribbon Club plan the drive smoothly. On the event day, trained medical staff will guide you through donor screening, consent, donation and post-donation care.
Register
Fill the Google Form with your basic details and preferred participation information.
Screen
Medical staff assess whether donation is appropriate for you that day.
Donate
Follow the staff's instructions, hydrate, rest and complete your donation safely.
Every eligible donor adds strength to the community blood-support network.
A blood donation drive is a community effort: donors, organisers, medical teams and blood banks all work together to keep help available for patients.
More than a donation. It is an act of community care.
These are practical, real-world benefits of joining a well-organised voluntary blood donation drive.
Support patients
Your donation contributes to the pool of blood available for patients who need transfusion support.
Build donor culture
Regular voluntary donation helps make community blood availability a shared responsibility.
Learn your process
You get familiar with donor registration, screening, informed consent and post-donation care.
Encourage others
Your participation can make it easier for friends, classmates, colleagues and family to join too.
Community preparedness
Stronger donor participation supports the broader blood-supply ecosystem during routine and urgent needs.
Make it a habit
A positive first experience can help you stay engaged with voluntary blood donation when eligible.
Register first. The medical team will confirm eligibility before donation.
Use this as a quick awareness checklist—not as a medical clearance. Requirements can vary by country, blood service and individual circumstances.
